Pros
The company genuinely respects personal time. There was rarely pressure to work on weekends or late nights unless there was a critical deadline. The flexible working hours (and remote/hybrid options) made it easy to balance personal commitments
The work environment is very positive with zero toxic office politics. My teammates were always willing to help, share knowledge, and collaborate rather than compete. It felt like a true team effort where everyone wanted you to succeed.
There is a strong focus on upskilling here. I had access to good mentorship and was encouraged to pick up new tools and technologies. If you show initiative, management is very supportive of your professional development and internal mobility.
Leadership is transparent and approachable; they actually listen to feedback. I was given ownership of my tasks and trusted to deliver without being micromanaged. It’s a great place for self-starters who enjoy autonomy.
Cons
While the learning experience during the internship was excellent, the path to a full-time role or extension is not very clear.
