      Pros

      Employees are passionate about games and what they do, coworkers are friendly and talented.

      Cons

      Management often makes poor decisions by doing things like hiring friends and wasting a lot of money, which have led to several rounds of layoffs. Little to no advancement opportunities. Employees are often unsure about the future of the company.

      If you have the opportunity, this is the place to work. It’s truly one of my favorite places I’ve had the opportunity to work at.

      Cons

      • Pay is certainly not where it should be. •There’s a noticeable disconnect between colleagues from SteelSeries and GN (pc).
