-No 401k
-Can't work from home (even though the office was no were near the hotels other then in Seattle but this job could be done at home)
-Some general managers should have training on how to talk to other coworkers
-no real trained in my role, I was pushed to be a generalist when I applied for a Coordinator position, which was fine but there was no training in the role.
-Parking was expensive, even though there was an option to park else where but what would have happened if someone worked late and they have to park their car far? I just think it would have been nice to get a discount or something on parking
Note that this company is still growing, which they will have growing pains until everything gets settled down.
