Management and leadership making consistently bad and non-negotiable design decisions without the knowledge or expertise of the time and energy needed to properly implement said “features” on an extremely tight time schedule and limited staff. Does not properly vet outside dev companies which results in massive money investment and (on multiple occasions) getting literally nothing in return Only way to move up, get promotion, or keep job, is to be friends with the owners
