Nepotism is rampant here, funding is mismanaged, and people are treated as expendable. This company will frequently remind you that you're "lucky" to work in the gaming industry while guilting you into working during weekends and during your PTO. Employees are frequently lied to by management, whether that's regarding the status of the company or their own rights as workers. Evaluations, raises, promotions and title changes are nonexistent or only given when they think you might quit otherwise. Managers will publicly shame their employees in front of leadership.
