Out of money and poorly managed. The team brought in to "save" them - a joke-old school and out of touch. Implemented a system that doesn't work and all they can do is blame the staff for not producing. Senior management's answer is to "fire everyone". They lie to their clients about ability to perform. 1600 phone calls one day with 10 surly people to answer the phones.
