It is clear that State Farm makes a sincere effort to support and develop their employees and promote a good environment and a sense of community from office to office. Excellent Brand with agents who typically do a great job representing the good neighbor attitude. The company would do small retreats with the office staff to the local headquarters and provide lunch and activities and training
Cons
Office staff support positions can be tedious at times but the environment was always positive.
