Pros
Able to work from home after training options to learn and move upwards. Don’t really have to deal with general public only speak to brokers themselves which means less rubbish and quicker calls hopefully..
Cons
Work can be boring it’s a call centre… but what isn’t, depends on what type of work you’re being hired out to do.
