Pros
It was pretty sweet going into work each day knowing that I could put about 40-50% pf effort into my performance and still be one of the highest ranked agents. There are definitely some awesome people that work there, but if I wasn't getting paid $12 an hour I never would've stayed as long as I did. If you don't mind constant gossip behind your back and walking on eggshells trying not to get fired each day while you are at work this is DEFINITELY the job for you!
Cons
You may get fired and then rehired within a 10-20 minute time span. (happened to me and multiple others) People love you to your face and then try to get you fired as soon as you are out of sight. I met maybe three real/honest people during the entire year I worked there. Watching good agents get fired left and right while other (mediocre to put it nicely) agents are able to fall asleep multiple times while actively on chats and them some others that have a 45% show rate still have jobs.
