      Was a good job/company until it wasn’t. Good Supervisors, colleagues, clients are the best.

      Cons

      A whole program is being laid off, 35 people. The process within the company has been disrespectful, uncaring from some and no severance . Some people have been here 20 years. They expect us to work more up until our last day. Other positions in the company are scarce and not desirable.

      Pros

      Fulfilling work and great coworkers

      Cons

      Lack of support from management, lack of acknowledgment, putting profits over people, low wages, unrealistic workloads, lack of accountability for managers and administration. The trainings they do provide are useless and they refuse to get us the trainings and resources that would actually be helpful.
