      Flexibility with hours, great people Some cool projects HR trys to help but not a lot to do.. You can grow fast if you dont want to get a normal salary...

      Ok if you are a junior and your salary is low.. Cheap labor practices Mass recruitment from low budget countries No clear vision and communication Unstable work environment
