Cons
Within Starkey’s departments, managers like to talk about opportunities to grow professionally and develop your career. However, it is exactly the opposite. The only way to grow is to leave for another company. Raises and and promotion are tenure based and not based off merit or performance. Lower level management has little control with what is passed down from the leadership team and the leadership team is out of touch with their lower level employees.
