Literally everything. The owners Dan & Jess Stark are two of the most narcissistic and toxic bosses that I have ever worked for. They wrote a retroactive policy after an employee's tools were stolen, through no fault of his own) and forced him to pay over $1500 and fired him. This caused 2 of the remaining 3 installers to submit their resignations at the same time, only to receive considerable raises. Horribly managed company that rewards incompetence and craps on the install team every single chance they get.
