Pros
Hardworking staff and some decent support structures in place to support managers staff accounts.
Cons
Beware- in my experience Account Managers are asked to work pretty much 24/7 but if the company loses the account your managing don’t assume you will e moved to another account within the company. Also, salaried position doesn’t mean this company won’t decide to not pay you as a salaried EE. Work 60 hours this week, sure they’re happy to pay you that. Work just shy of 40 hours the next week(due to circumstances not in your control, but rather the companies control) do t assume you will be paid properly.
