      An independent indonesian energy company, asset in oil - gas and geothermal, oil-gas production field in Natuna and geothermal in west java Recently acquire chevron geothermal in Asia

      Cons

      Some time has limitation on budget and require lot of traditional approach to escalate career. No specific career path for engineering/ geoscience specialist guys which make hard to achieve expected position

      - world largest single geothermal turbines (was 1 unit, now 2, 4 to be foreseen) - open working environment, also literally

      Cons

      - quite isolated from normal urban life, i.e. cities - climate condition might not be usual for some people

      the company plans to stop operations in the field next year, due to negative profit business
