      Too many resources without use... HR persons if you approach for any help they create stories and never cares the issue on some times

      Pros

      Job will be secured, performance doesn't matter. if you are not.flexible timing free tea coffee milk free training(meals) when you join as fresher.Work-life balance is very nice but salary not increased.

      Cons

      for Stapples Software interviews process bad some times. No proper performance evaluation, Low Apprisal, Management doesn't care about the employee. Compay is full with outdated and good performance employees.
