Pros

9df 3 days work in office though micro managed Glival working policy Anniversary packages.

Cons

Since 2021, the company has faced ongoing challenges, including frequent annual restructures. There appears to be a strong focus on monitoring office attendance, which can sometimes feel restrictive. There are also concerns around role alignment, as some individuals in key positions may lack the necessary experience or expertise. This can impact decision-making and create frustration for team members with relevant skills. Overall, the work environment can feel unstable due to ongoing organizational changes. Managers are often made redundant, contributing to a sense of uncertainty. Furthermore, the global working policy is inconsistently applied. Even when employees meet the criteria, managers may be reluctant to approve requests, often asking staff to take annual leave instead. The company has not been willing to provide carers’ leave when a family member is unwell, instead requiring to use annual leave. Interviews for internal roles or promotions are open for anyone to apply and informed its merit based. The person who interviews varies questions so that the person they are inclined too lands the role and limiting questions for other people to not land the role.

Pros

Some enticing benefits on paper. I was denied access to many which greatly effected my experience as a new employee. Many in my cohort felt the same and too much emphasis was put on tenure and/or favourtism for who got access to benefits.

Cons

Questionable HR leadership. Avoidance and unable to see the big picture and get the best from staff. My manager even cancelled meetings with me to openly attend beauty appointments and do personal shopping, which was disrespectful.
