      Pros

      Employee benefits were adequate but not the best. Health benefits for dependants were included but every bank has that.

      Cons

      Bank is in a mess. They take advantage of long term employees and are incapable of keeping talent due to weak middle management which translates to an awful culture of rewarding mediocre people and performance.

      None significant, however as for every big organization changes can be slow to implement.

      not much you can do as an intern, a very cliquey company as well
