Pros
Lots of trainings opportunities. The International Graduates program is good for new graduates as it offers not only comprehensive trainings but also almost unlimited job openings when you are deployed. As the bank is grounded in Asia, Africa, and Middle-East, you will have cross-country exposure such as collaborating with international colleagues and rotations in another country. It is also possible to move internally to other countries if you are capable and well-connected.
Cons
The system and procedures are ever changing, which results in unnecessary inefficiency sometimes. The working hours could be long once in a while, but is honestly very acceptable compared to many other banks.
