      Pros

      workload is reasonable and working environment is pleasant. Resources sharing is satisfactory and support from cross functions are easy to gain. Work life balance is easier to obtain.

      Cons

      For fresh graduates, better enter via trainee program. Otherwise, promotion & career development might be slower. For junior staff, bonus potential is quite limited.
