Pros
You can grow a big network with it being a large corporate. They are willing to pay for your studies or courses. The open plan work environment creates a good work atmosphere.
Cons
Politics in South Africa/ at the bank makes it hard to get promoted or move up the very long hierarchy. As a white person you will struggle to get far up the corporate ladder unfortunately and they aren't hiring many white people externally. You can start on a nice base salary but the growth in salaries is very low (inflation linked).
