Pros
Fantastic exposure to a wide and diverse range of colleagues and markets across Africa. Standard Bank is a good employer and great lengths are gone to to accommodate the needs and circumstances of individual staff. Highly recommended as an employer of choice.
Cons
Minimal employment opportunities outside of Africa. And it can sometimes be difficult to land new ideas internally.
