The work environment is good Great guys to work with out on the road. get to see some of the show while out on tour. New company truck with auto shift. They have some excellent equipment to work with. some times you get a Bonus from the band. Some times.

110.00 per day includes 65.00 perdiem. Flat pay rate, Now when you get on tour you get the 110.00 per day and 35.10 per day for hotel buy out. for one weeks pay 1015.00 per week if you on tour. Company does a lot of no tour freight hauling and you get Nothing for your time while they make thousands and even Millions. if your on tour and have to move a trailer other than the one your on tour with then You might get 75.00 for the work but you have to be on tour. If your not on tour and you have to do this same work "sorry but it has to be done " and you do it for free. Oh yeah if on tour with a band then your on tour with the band. NO HOME TIME. even if the tour ends they put on another tour so you never go home. In 2 years with this company I was home 3 maybe 4 weeks total.
