The work environment is very pleasant. We work hard, feel supported and are treated nicely.

The company is rather small, so while there is opportunity for growth, it doesn't happen quickly. However management always tries to promote from within.

It’s hard to think of any pros.

The pay is low, and Staffmore doesn’t value employees. Internal employees are dismissed at the drop of a dime, regardless of how long an employee has worked for them or how productive they’ve been. It’s a very small company (roughly 10 internal employees) so there’s not much room for growth at all.
