Management turnover - leadership comes and goes on a yearly basis. The people that built the company all left by 2018-2019 or so, and they've just been plugging people in since. High-level leadership straight up left in a group to join a competitor, leaving an entire market without any leadership.
Unethical behavior from upper management - I watched multiple people get fired just weeks before the people that fired them left for other opportunities. Multiple leaders worked together to resign at the same time (and go to a competitor), leaving everyone else completely screwed over.
Lack of salary increases - I'd say I received positive reviews, but I never received one in the 5+ years I was there. I did run multiple high-performing offices and received the Diamond award for being the highest performing location in the country, but every single raise request was denied.
Absolute disaster when it comes to back office support - people not getting paid for weeks on end, complete lack of urgency or knowledge from support teams to try and rectify an issue. I was calling VPs within the organization at 7pm on a Friday just to get ANYONE to respond to an email or answer a phone call - otherwise people would just ignore you.
