Pros
I'm able to learn new things, and management supports personal/professional growth. I get positive feedback from management when I perform well, not negative feedback when I make a mistake. If I make a mistake, management discusses it with me and teaches me a better way to achieve what I was trying to achieve. Probably the best part is we are a family. Several of us have been here for many years and truly love each other. Seeing them makes me happy to be there. I also love most of our clients.
Cons
I wish more people took pride in their work, but I don't think that is just a StaffLink Outsourcing issue, it permeates the U.S.A. workforce. I'm not saying we have a bunch of slackers, but sometimes you need to make adjustments to get the job done right, and some folks don't see that.
