Pros
Outside of management, the team is a pretty great group of people. Pay isn’t terrible.
Cons
Management fosters an environment where employees are competing rather than working together as a team, leads to constant office politics and drama. Multiple members of management carry firearms in the office without any steps to inform the team. No processes or procedures, and very unrealistic expectations on deadlines and workloads. Incredibly high turnover rate leads to constant training and never enough people to cover the projects and tickets. No overtime, but management expects that you work at least 50 hours a week. Benefits are terrible, no dependents are covered. No actual HR department or process to address performance, never an improvement plan or discussion prior to someone being fired. They were just let go with no warning. The owner is very temperamental. Yelling, belittling employees, threatening to fire employees, etc. Never saw internal promotions during the time spent here, they always bring in outside talent.
