Some production equipment need to be upgraded

Paid well and had good benefits, but that's about it.

Too few technicians for the amount of work required on a 3-2-2-3 schedule. No reliable CMMS. Terrible safety standards. More corrective maintenance being completed than planned (proactive) maintenance due to refusal to afford downtime to Maintenance department. Lots of jury-rigging due to a lack of parts and little given downtime. And no support on nights from engineers and the maintenance lead, unless you call them, and even then, there's no guarantee for assistance. Breaks are never guaranteed, especially when there's a breakdown.
