Pros

The clients and the people who work there (not upper management)

Cons

You will get micro-managed, have multiple supervisors (3-6), have individuals with little to no education work above you, power-struggles, have multiple responsibilities not included in your job description that you are required to do but you do not get compensated for, management will not accept feedback- they look it as excuses, they strongly encourage all women employees to wear make up, upper management is disrespectful to staff and belittles them.

Pros

Working at St. Hope, there are a lot of pros I could list. My favorite pro is our family night events we host. Our last event hosted was at Main Event! It was so much fun. Working at St. Hope, the energy is always positive. Even in times of busyness, we come together to get the job done! Personally, I can say working at St. Hope has brought me great work/life balance, which was very important for me to have working at any job. My position allows me to learn new things every chance I can. I work with amazing people and they are very supportive. At St. Hope everyone is welcomed and celebrated! Gaining employment with St. Hope was the best thing that happened for me!

Cons

I have no cons. The best job I've had!!!
