Worst company - IT Consultant Srijan Spectrum Employee Review

No holidays No leaves No salary on time/15-20 days delay No ITR form 16 provided to employee on time. No ITR updation after delay on portal After raised queries to hr, accounts, upper management- no response worst work life balance culture. They invest employees salary in markets and always give salary with delay of 15-20 days. No penalty given to employees on such cases. Management is really unresponsive, rude and non strategic.
