      Pros

      Squirro is a great product with fabulous potential, the working environment is good, albeit you will spend a great part of your life at your desk.

      Cons

      CEO likes to control everything, despite in many aspects the advise is wrong, and when you take this advise and apply and it goes wrong, it will be your fault.

      This review comes from a former employee that we had to let go for poor performance. While we wished him best of luck he took the cheap shot @ glassdoor route. Reflects probably more on the employee than anyone else.

      People are very friendly, technology is exciting, and there is a lot to learn but it is rewarding.

      Cons

      Lot to learn from the get-go but that can be a pro as long as you find a work life balance

      need more tech resources frequent tech issues without appropriate support to resolve solution being held together with Band-Aids
