      Pros

      Great brand, potential, great mission and building something that helps customers.

      Cons

      Used to be great but cares less about its people every year. No clear strategy and priorities shifting all the time. Many of the best senior leaders who reported to OC members have left the company in the past couple of years. you can figure out what that means.

      - Challenging work, in a good way - Freedom to work with new technologies to solve problems - Steady, structured onboarding and ramp-up for newer employees - EXCELLENT work/life balance, best I've ever seen - Cool office with delicious free food and fun happy hour events - Company culture is relaxed and fun - Leadership is transparent about the overall status and direction of the company - Easy to change teams if you want

      Cons

      - No yearly bonus, but the work/life balance makes this worth it, at least for me.
