Pros

Cool office in a good spot of NYC... that's about it.

Cons

Overworked, no respect for your life out work. Not transparent at all. Honestly, this company is the worst run I've ever experienced. The environment is so toxic and has only gotten worse over time. I am not the only one who thinks this, everyone from this company hates working here. I would avoid this place at all costs if you want to have a life outside of the office. C-Suite and leadership are the worst I have ever interacted with. Will never recommend working here.

- Challenging work, in a good way - Freedom to work with new technologies to solve problems - Steady, structured onboarding and ramp-up for newer employees - EXCELLENT work/life balance, best I've ever seen - Cool office with delicious free food and fun happy hour events - Company culture is relaxed and fun - Leadership is transparent about the overall status and direction of the company - Easy to change teams if you want

Cons

- No yearly bonus, but the work/life balance makes this worth it, at least for me.
