Great learning environment, plus attractive packages. You won't be a typical employee - you will be given opportunities for decision making. A lot of fun in form of extra curricular activities, and late night Counter Strike.
Cons
These guys need to be good at code at architectural level. No design patterns are followed, and one would find a lot of code smells.
