Pros
If you’re coming from a recruitment background already, they may entice you in with an alright base salary.
Cons
The company has no direction, feels like they’re living off of previous success that peaked 15-20 years ago.
Typical same people at the top doing not much but earning off of the delivery function.
They keep the fact that the comission for your deals get lower if you blank, and each month the amount you get % wise gets less and less. Never once mentioned on any paperwork or contract.
You will have a core market like any recruitment job but then one day they’ll want to to randomly start BD’ing companies in America. No strategy but they pretend there is.
They are archaic with their systems, CRM is crap, laptops they give you are slow.
They hate work from home, so much so they can see the minute your laptop goes into sleep mode.
No culture at all, no one is friends with eachother really, unless you like football, then you might get a convo out of someone.
In office everyday all day, felt like prison.
