Pros
The company offers great benefits and has a lot of events for employees and their families to enjoy. Management is very understanding, so there is leniency with schedules in order to balance work with personal/family life. They have a break area for employees with pinball and a few other games so that you don't get burnt out from always working! It's just a really great atmosphere geared towards making work fun and engaging.
Cons
It's a very fast paced environment. On top of that, you need to be highly self motivated as you will not have people checking in on you every moment, so if you aren't good at keeping yourself on track it could be tough.
