      1. Challenges are lot, on every stage you are challenged to think and go beyond comfort zone 2. Management takes keen interest in personal growth of each employee 3. Good company for freshers or person to have a kick start in career 4. Your are stretched to be a professional coder 5. Vision of company is good

      Cons

      1. Competitive Salary, but increases as per the performance so totally depends on you. 2. Work load sometime goes up due to new thing to learn and deliver in said time. 3. Alternate saturday is working

      Pros

      Startup environment where everyone gets s chance to wear many hats and grow on an individual and professional level. Excellent support and team centric environment. All positive vibes.

      Cons

      Fast paced. Huge work load. Either love it or hate it, if you don't go to work to actually work, SpryOX isn't the right fit for you.

      1. Good exposure for the technical growth, you get to work on various projects leading you to go to corners of the technology 2. Friendly environment 3. Good employees and visionary management 4. I personally felt the professional growth to be more compared to earlier company 5. Performance oriented company, if you perform you can outshine easily with SpryOX

      Cons

      1. No in house canteen 2. Timings are strictly followed
