No culture. Working with a company with no values, it struggled to find its identity. Teammates were often vocal of this but upper management didn't ever seem to care. Lack of transparency and communication from upper mgmt. Conversations were always hush-hush behind closed doors and it always seemed that everyone never knew what was going on. Average tenure was quite short for new employees. Always around 6-8 months. No upward mobility. Employees often feared being laid off and there was no guarantee that all jobs were secure.
