• Highly collaborative environment • Management listens to your suggestions • A culture of sharing information (lunch and learn sessions) • Coworkers are friendly and approachable • Senior developers are friendly and willing to help • Management style is relaxed with senior executives eager to help with roadblocks • Wellness breaks during work (i.e. Short Yoga workout) • Telecommute Fridays The wonderful environment at this workplace allowed me to be engaged in the work I do. I feel fulfilled and that the job brings constant challenge so it's not boring.

• Looking for information regarding company process and documentation is not easy to find • Lack of company structure. This makes asking for help or collaboration difficult since you won't know who to go ask and who can make final decisions. This is to be expected for most startups
