Nice experience - Anonymous employee SpringTech Partners Employee Review

One of the most interesting internship I've had in Germany. Through this experience I gained further and valuable insights into retail marketing. They offer free coffee and launch parties sometimes in order for the employees to socialize. However, the working environment is not very chilled. Some people there wouldn't even say hello to you.

Many interns and students are offered a one-year contract and then get fired after a few months. The reason called for being fired is that their initial idea doesn't work as planned, so the company has to pursue a plan B. Hence, I wouldn't recommend applying if you are looking for stability, both financial and mental. The boss is incredibly professional but very cold. He gets pranked on Tinder by its employees.
