The position pays well and it's a great opportunity to develop customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills with customers. You learn how to multitask between computer systems and attend to customer needs all the meanwhile.
Cons
Not much of a con, but you must be comfortable working alone and be able to rely on your own intuition to answer customer inquiries while completing daily objectives
