Pros
- you will build a strong sales skills and discipline given it's startup environment - not everything is spoonfed and you have got to be proactive in your own development - culture among consultants is good, cannot say the same among management
Cons
- no synergy or collaboration whatsoever with Adecco - there is a clear and unspoken distance between adecco and spring, management has taken no initiative for a cohesive integration
