There was so much favoritism it was ridiculous. I had a bachelors degree and two years of experience and they wouldn’t even consider giving me a management position, or even a raise for that matter. What really upset me is how management and corporate treated the unsalaried employees. There was VERY LITTLE room to move up. Morale was very low because nobody cared about our morale. Why do you think this location has the highest turnover rate? What was worse is that the sales team often lied to prospective residents about what this place really had to offer. Run really reallyyyy far from this place.
