      Owners care about employees Plenty of overtime Job security as long as your responsible and show up

      There are a few employees that actively try to skirt responsibility’s or just do poor qaulity work which can mean more things get dumped on other people. Communication isn’t always the best with departments.

      Pros

      Been here a short time, great place to work nice people. No shortage of work here 7 days a week if you want it.

      Cons

      Certain upper management have no concept on how to treat people.Screaming at people is not a Motivator, have a plan and stick with it! don't change it every 5 minutes.
