Decent pay and benefits Company lunches were the best (free good food from local eats) The good feelings of working non profit and helping those with low income and needs for women and childcare LGBTQ+ friendly Chill atmosphere most of the time Managers are lax but helpful They do have healthcare premium match but you do have to pay that premium Getting vaccines and shots for free as an employee Healthcare oriented

Drama Gossip and rumors make this place a dread to work at sometimes Benefits were minimal and just there Not disability friendly at all People often flock in groups and choosy Meetings are super frequent and get in the way of work HR is barely present except to agree with management heavily and they will not protect you
