Good people and a very helpful nature overall, some people here help you like a family member. Honestly, one of the best companies I have worked with. Everyone is open to ideas and discussions. The company has a strong vision, and all the founders are very down to earth and easily reachable. We can freely share our ideas with them. They always talk about both professional and personal growth of employees, which is really rare. My journey with Sprih has been very enjoyable. The CEO balances professional and personal relationships really well. Whenever possible, he always tries to be part of the sad and happy moments of employees. When it comes to professional life, he is strict and keeps all employees on the same level. But when it comes to personal well-being, he supports like a brother.
