Pros
-The biggest pro is the passionate employees, but most were laid off (voluntarily or involuntarily) -"Flexible" work & "unlimited" PTO where you can bring your laptop and/or phone and work from wherever you are. Very convenient. -Radical candor is readily available for people to stomp on you with zero context of situations/issues
Cons
- Leadership has no idea what they're doing... Teams do not talk and no one knows who is owning which initiative or what each department is working on. I think managers schedule calls with themselves all day to appear busy so they can do anything but work. - Goals and initiatives change daily. - Zero professional development (don't be fooled by their website claims) - Very little professionalism even in upper management - Good ol' boy culture... Majority of managers are white males with minimal experience. Very few women in respected roles.
