      Pros

      I started as a part time teacher but rapidly progressed as the owner recognized my skills and ability and experience. I had so much responsibility and loved it. Great colleagues.Dynamic owners. Family atmosphere.

      Pros

      Great environment - friendly and interesting international students, nice co-workers, free parking and good location. Can be very gratifying at times.

      Cons

      Low salary, tedious work, lots of overtime in summer season, can be very stressful. Not a very good flow of communication - a lot of mixed messages and secrecy.
