There is a real opportunity to maintain a healthy work–life balance, which is important for me and my family. The company offers competitive compensation and a solid benefits package. The tasks are diverse and engaging, and I appreciate the direct feedback from the CEO — it helps stay aligned and motivated.
It’s also great that the company provides proper equipment: two monitors, a standing desk if needed, and a generally comfortable workspace.
And of course, pizza Thursdays may not help with dieting, but they definitely improve the mood! 🙂
Cons
One practical note: the culture is very office-centric, and most people prefer solving issues on-site. Remote work is limited to one day per week — this may be a downside for some, but as someone in management, I find it reasonable and workable.
