Pros
Smart and young people, ambition to grow, a lot of learning by doing, work hard - play hard. The CEO (Toby) was really good at raising funds and maintaining relationships with investors and the COO (Jens) was passionate about making things happen and he was/ is, ultimately, the driving force of the company.
Cons
Long hours. For example, I couldn't enrol in any German classes because all of them started at 18h30/ 19h00, which was way too soon for me. It was also a bit chaotic at times, but that's unavoidable if you're growing a company from 20 to 60 employees in less than a year.
